Getting Started
Initial Consultation
Our first session together focuses on understanding your current challenges, exploring your history, and collaboratively developing a treatment approach that aligns with your goals. This session sets the foundation for our work together.
Ongoing Sessions
Sessions are 50 minutes in length and scheduled weekly or bi-weekly depending on your needs and goals. As progress is made, sessions may be spaced further apart.
FEES
At this time, I do not accept insurance for my services. Payment is expected at the time of service via cash, check, or credit card.
If you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider, I can provide you with a superbill upon request. A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes all the necessary information your insurance company needs to process a claim for potential reimbursement.
Please note that submitting a superbill to your insurance does not guarantee reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to verify your mental health benefits and to determine if they will reimburse for services from an out-of-network provider.
My current fee schedule is as follows:
Initial Assessment (50 minutes): $135
Individual Therapy Session (50 minutes): $135
Couples/Family Therapy Session (50 minutes): $135
If you have any questions about fees or payment options, please don't hesitate to ask. I believe quality mental health care should be accessible. Please contact me to discuss options if financial concerns might prevent you from seeking therapy.
